I was lucky to live right beside the sea for 14 months over looking the Mediterranean in Torrox Costa.
I just loved waking up in the morning to see the sea and smell the sea air, and of course watch the ever changing scenery before me.
Here is just one of many ships and small boats that sailed by my window.
This picture was taken on a cold December morning 2014 just outside Ryde along the coast towards Fishbourne. This little cove is quite beautiful and surrounded by woodland. When the tide goes out you can see the relics of an old wooden jetty popping up and on a clear day you have a good view of Portsmouth with a constant stream of passing ships from all over the world.
De Haan – An impressive beach with views of the North Sea.
A great morning drinking Belgian coffee and eating pancakes with chocolate sauce.
I found this amazing tree beside the sea near Lulworth Cove
People placed their redundant beach buckets and spades on the tree.
It is almost a work of art.
This handsome cock lived in the garden of the lighthouse keeper in Torrox Costa with his harem of lady hens. He used to strut his stuff whenever I walked past on my dog walks.
Oh how I would love to live right by the beach again. To wake up to the sound of the sea and smell the sea air.
Luckily I spent 14 months living this way in Punta Del Faro in Torrox Costa.
